I own a brownstone in Cobble Hill which has two rental apartments. Over the years, movers the tenants hired have damaged the walls, stairs and bannister in the hall, and they repeatedly propped open the front door, so anyone could walk in. Now, every time a tenant moves in or out, I require that they use Express Moves who take great care with the tenants' items and never damage anything! Best of all, I feel safe. I don't have to worry about them carelessly leaving the door propped open!
They are very professional and don't cause problems for me or my tenants, all of whom have been very pleased with Express Moves over the past couple of decades.

I have been impressed with their skill, estimating, and frendliness, each and every time. When Express Moves moved my entire house, both the origin and destination had several flights of stairs with multiple turns. They skillfully got everything out and in without a scratch. I would recommend them to anyone. At first I was skeptical about their flat rate and the rate did not change except for the extra boxes we had which they clearly explained ahead of time.
